  • Join the rush – shopping during busy hours or during weekends could be very hectic. If you join the rush, you will tend to follow your list while rushing through the cashier and pay all of your “needed” items.
  • Don’t bring your kids to the store – you can take your kids with you like once in a blue moon for a trip to the supermarket, but avoid bringing them with you every time you need to. Your kids will surely beg you for things like candies, chocolates and anything that catches their eye and you will surely give in to them. So, as much as possible, don’t bring them with you.
